A descriptive approach was considered and the participants were 102 intentionally chosen teachers. The instrument was a scale of attitudes referred to the singularity, autonomy and openness. Content validity was obtained using the criterion of experts evaluated through Lawshe index. Reliability was obtained using Cronbach’s alpha. The results make it possible to accept the different hypotheses, as teachers are in a favorable above-median attitude in a significant proportion of 75% or more and in turn there is a significant relationship between the attitudinalcomponents regarding the construct of personalized education. The analysis of the results allows to appreciate that conceptual formulations concerning the constituent notes of the person are reflected in theattitudes of teachers. Se estudiaron las actitudes de los docentes con formación en educación personalizada y su coherencia con respecto a las notas constitutivas de la persona, la singularidad, la autonomía y la apertura, considerando laconcepción pedagógica correspondiente a la educación personalizada. El enfoque utilizado es descriptivo y los participantes fueron 102 docentes elegidos de manera intencional. El instrumento fue una escala de actitudes referida a la singularidad, autonomía y apertura. La validez de contenido fue obtenida utilizando el criterio de expertos evaluado mediante el índice de Lawshe. La confiabilidad fue obtenida utilizando el alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados posibilitan aceptar las diferentes hipótesis, pues los docentes presentan una actitud favorable superior a la mediana en una proporción significativa igual o mayor al 75% y, a su vez, existe una relación significativa entre los componentes actitudinales con respecto al constructo de la educación personalizada. El análisis de los resultados permite apreciar que las formulaciones conceptuales referidas a las notas constitutivas de la persona se reflejan en las actitudes de los docentes.
