Sumario:The research was carried out with the objective of characterizing the phenological states, seed production per plant and germination power. Using descriptive statistics by study parameter, in a closed area of 25 x 25 m., At the Lachocc Center for Research and Development of South American Camelids. The results indicate that Alchemilla pinnataand Trifolium amabilehave a shorter phenological period and Festuca dolichophyllaa longer period, in terms of days. Likewise, the production of seeds per plant is highly variable between species, the Calamagrostis ovataweighs less than the Festuca dolichophylla. The germination power shows that Bromus Catharticus presents a higher percentage compared to Stipa ichuand Carex Sp. Concluding that the species have a very slow phenological period, conditioned to the microclima present in the study place. The weight of the seeds per plant varies according to their phenology, especially at the optimum harvest time, which in some species begins in May and others in June and ends in July. The germination of the species carried out in the laboratory is very slow or takes more than 20 days.
