Ya estamos en la tercera edición de Oeconomicus UNH

On this occasion it is our turn to present to our dear university community the third issue of the Oeconomicus UNH Magazine. This issue begins with the research called Strategies and techniques for the development of creativity in research by Segundo Sanchez, who makes an important contribution to systems thinking through statistical results, also answers some common questions in the process of research methodology. Similarly, the article La inversión en infraestructura pública y crecimiento económico en la región Huancavelica, periodo 2000 - 2018 by Darwin Muñoz, shows how a shock in one standard deviation in the growth rate of investment produces a positive effect from the first year to the fourth year in a sustained manner, undoubtedly an extremely relevant research for the topic addressed as well as for the econometric methodology used. On the other hand, Perception of the neurostructure in scientific research: the space-time of Segundo Sanchez, is a recognized contribution of the mentioned researcher to Peruvian knowledge, this work is an interesting analysis and contribution on what the author calls the fourth way, an innovative proposal of scientific knowledge. Likewise, in the work Why personal success does not only include the economic aspect: a brief commentary by Rúsbel Ramos, Braulio Melchor and myself, we carried out a study on some frequent conditions within the professional scenario linked to the category of success. It is clear that the lines that will be read are intended to be the starting point for further analysis and debate on the subject. Finally, this third edition has important contributions from leading professionals. We are sure that our readers will be satisfied with this issue. The Editor.
