The type of investigation is Applied, whose level of research is experimental. The design is quasi experimental. The population for the development of the present research work consisted of the 86 students of the PAD of Obstetrics of the UNHEVAL enrolled in the first year 2016. To determine the sample of our investigation, we have used non-probabilistic sampling without norms or circumstantial, Because the researchers have chosen voluntarily 52 students of the Faculty of Obstetrics of the UNHEVAL de Huánuco. The results arrived at in the present study are: From the analysis it is inferred that the final average of the experimental group is 15, which shows that the achievement of the learning is satisfactory; And with respect to the control group the final average is 09, which shows marked difficulties for the development of the planned learning and needs more time of accompaniment and intervention of the teacher according to their rhythm and style of learning. The conclusions reached in the present study were: The development of an application demonstrates its effectiveness by significantly improving teaching-learning of protein synthesis in students of the Faculty of Obstetrics with respect to conceptual, procedural and attitudinal aspects.El Presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los efectos del desarrollo de aplicativos en la mejora de los niveles de aprendizaje de la síntesis de proteínas en los estudiantes del primer año de la Facultad de Obstetricia de la UNHEVAL - 2016. EL tipo de investigación es aplicada, cuyo nivel l de investigación es experimental. El diseño es cuasi experimental. La población para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación estuvo constituida por los 86 alumnos de la EAP de Obstetricia de la UNHEVAL matriculados en el primer año 2016. Para determinar la muestra de nuestra investigación, hemos empleado el muestreo no probabilístico sin normas o circunstancial, en razón de que son los investigadores quienes han elegido de manera voluntaria a 52 alumnos de la Facultad de Obstetricia de la UNHEVAL de Huánuco. Los resultados llegados en el presente estudio son: Del análisis se infiere que el promedio final del grupo experimental es de 15, lo que evidencia que el logro de los aprendizajes es satisfactorio; y con respecto al grupo control el promedio final es 09, lo que evidencia notorias dificultades para el desarrollo del aprendizaje previsto y necesita mayor tiempo de acompañamiento e intervención del docente de acuerdo con su ritmo y estilo de aprendizaje.
