We found that most youth are dedicated to public transport as there are other ways to get some sort of suitable employment due tolack of training and professionalism and the second factor is the problem of low-wage jobs (24.7%),reflected primarily in the education sector, teachers in their free time are devoted to I collect ordispersed taxi. Working conditions in the city of Huánuco are inadequate and the few that are nothedging demand of the population. The unemployment caused by the lack of adequate and wellpayingjobs require the citizen to opt for public transport service, thereby generating fleet growthand practice of informality in all its magnitude. The fleet circulating in our city are mostly average20 years old and highly polluting agents this informality with which operate adds. Huánuco in recentdecades has undergone rapid growth of the city, this is accompanied by a set of problems, one ofthem is the public transport system rigged informality generated by unemployment. The gentlementhat offer the service of public transport in the city of Huánuco are person who is between 20-55years of age, represented by 27%. The income of people who are dedicated to public transportservice between 40 and 55 soles a day, it is observed that 30.1% of people receive daily between50-55 daily soles and earning between 40 and 45 soles a day is represented by 29%. In general wecan say that 59.1% earn between 40 and 55 soles a day. There is a culture of informality in the cityof Huánuco, so much so that 87.1% of respondents mentioned that there informality in urban publictransport and there is more than 3000 public transport vehicle units circulating in our city informally.The fleet in the city of Huánuco is growing more units manufacturing time and these units generateemissions of toxic gases, 87.1% of respondents mentioned that there is pollution by mobile unitsproviding public transport for CO2 emissions and by the age they have.

Se encontró que la gran mayoría de jóvenes se dedican al transporte público, pues no ven otras formas de poder conseguir algún tipo de empleo adecuado, debido a la falta de capacitación y profesionalismo y el segundo factor es, el problema de los empleos mal remunerados (24.7%), reflejados fundamentalmente en el sector educación, los profesores en sus horas libres se dedican a realizar colecto o taxi disperso. Las condiciones de trabajo en la ciudad de Huánuco no son adecuadas y las pocas que existen, no coberturan la demanda de la población. El desempleo generado por la ausencia de empleos adecuados bien remunerados obliga al ciudadano a optar por el servicio del transporte público, generando con ello el crecimiento del parque automotor y la práctica de la informalidad en toda su magnitud. El parque automotor que circulan en nuestra ciudad son en su mayoría un promedio de 20 años de antigüedad y que son agentes altamente contaminantes a ello se suma la informalidad con la que operan. Huánuco, durante las últimas décadas, ha sufrido un crecimiento acelerado de la ciudad, ello va acompañado de un conjunto de problemas, uno de ellos es el Sistema de Transporte Público aparejado de la informalidad, generada por el desempleo. Los señores que brindan el servicio de transporte público en la ciudad de Huánuco son persona que oscila entre los 20 a 55 años de edad, representado por un 27%. El ingreso de las personas que se dedican al servicio de transporte público oscilan entre los 40 y 55 soles diarios, se observa que el 30.1% de las personas reciben diario entre 50 a 55 soles diario y los que perciben entre 40 y 45 soles diarios están representados por el 29%. En líneas generales, se puede decir que el 59.1% percibe entre los 40 y 55 soles diarios. Existe una cultura de la informalidad en la ciudad de Huánuco, tal es así, que el 87.1% de encuestados mencionan que existe informalidad en el transporte público urbano y que existe más de 3000 unidades vehiculares de transporte público que circulan en nuestra ciudad de manera informal.
