Also, to improve their development in their professional acting and this way, enriching the pedagogic practices using the new technology of information and communication, stimulating this way the mental processes, making more significant the teaching act - learning when allowing their students to understand that the technology is applicable to all the areas of the knowledge and not specifically to a, achieving that this is an actor in the construction of its own learning. To be able to obtain better results during the pedagogic practices, the educational one should be competent in their professional acting so that this way it achieves better results in their students, of chord with the new technological advances.El propósito fundamental de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación en el desarrollo de competencia profesional del docente, es orientar y brindar a los docentes sobre la importancia de las tecnología de información y comunicación con el finalidad que permita mejorar sus prácticas de aula, crear entornos de aprendizajes más dinámicos e interactivos para complementar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de sus estudiantes, facilitar el trabajo en equipo y el cultivo de actitudes sociales con la comunidad de aprendizaje. Además, mejorar su desenvolvimiento en su desempeño profesional y de esta manera, enriqueciendo las prácticas pedagógicas utilizando las nuevas tecnología de información y comunicación, estimulando así los procesos mentales, haciendo más significativo el acto de enseñanzaaprendizaje al permitir que sus estudiantes comprendan que la tecnología es aplicable a todas las áreas del conocimiento y no específicamente a una, logrando que éste sea actor en la construcción de su propio aprendizaje.
