In the accidental non-probabilistic sample, 217 students participated. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 38 items with likert rating scale responses, and design was performed considering three dimensions of the matrix of standards of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality (SINEACE). The results found the average level of Global Student Satisfaction with a percentage of 59.8%, and regarding dimensions: strategic management, integral training and institutional support, they also showed an average level satisfaction of 51%, 62% and 50% respectively. It was concluded that the integral training dimension is the one that acquires the highest percentage of satisfaction. Finally, the study carried out contributes scientifically so that the corresponding authorities make timely decisions that contribute to the quality of education and continuous improvement.La investigación aporta conocimiento de un indicador relevante para garantizar la calidad educativa en los programas de maestría de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM), teniendo como objetivo establecer el nivel de satisfacción estudiantil global y por dimensiones, utilizando para su estudio el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo. En la muestra no probabilística accidental, participaron 217 estudiantes. El instrumento utilizado para la recolección de datos fue un cuestionario conformado por 38 ítems con respuestas de escala de valoración tipo Likert, el diseño se realizó considerando tres dimensiones de la matriz de estándares del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad Educativa (SINEACE). En los resultados se halló nivel medio de Satisfacción estudiantil global con un porcentaje de 59.8 %, y en cuanto a las dimensiones: Gestión estratégica, Formación integral y Soporte Institucional, también arrojaron nivel medio de satisfacción de 51 %, 62 % y 50 % respectivamente. Se concluyó que la dimensión Formación integral es la de mayor porcentaje de satisfacción.
