Sumario: | The general objective of this research is to prove that there is a correlation between managerial skills and teacher work performance in the Educational Institution Nº32043 of Páucar-Amarilis 2019.The present investigation used the type and level of basic and descriptive correlational research. The research design was non-experimental and transversal. The study population consisted of 14 teachers; Likewise, the sample was population-based because 100% of the members were taken because they were very small. The survey technique was used, the instruments of which were the "Management Skills Questionnaire" and the "Teacher Performance Questionnaire", which were validated through expert judgment. On the other hand, the data processing was carried out with the help of the statistical program SPSS version 22 and the Excel 2013 program, which were presented in tables and graphs with their respective interpretations. The main conclusion that has been achieved is that there is a very high correlation between the variables managerial skills and teacher performance. On the other hand, the coefficient of determination R ^ 2 = 0.887 indicates that 88.70% of respondents indicate teacher performance depends on management skills. There is also a relationship between the dimensions of the leadership skills variable and teacher performance, the results being: 0.940; 0.793; 0.916 and 0.942 respectively. |
