Results: The following were considered: 03 elastomeric insulators: Lead core, High damping and Natural rubber; 03 types of floors: Rigid Floor S1, Intermediate Floor S2 and Flexible Floor S3; 02 seismic zones: Zone 4 (0.45) and Zone 3 (0.35); 02 periods of vibration of structural systems: Reinforced concrete frames and walls; 01 type of overload: buildings (200 kg/cm2); 03 values of the rubber shear modulus: lower limit, intermediate limit and upper limit; and, 20 reinforced concrete buildings with different levels: from 01 to 20 levels. Conclusion: Elastomeric isolators influence the reduction of seismic acceleration in the base of reinforced concrete buildings subjected to Peruvian seismic records, because elastomeric isolators with a lead core, high damping and natural rubber reduce seismic acceleration.

Resultados: Se consideraron: 03 aisladores elastoméricos (Núcleo de plomo, Alto amortiguamiento y Caucho natural), 03 tipos de suelos (Suelo Rígido S1, Suelo Intermedio S2 y Suelo flexible S3), 02 zonas sísmicas: Zona 4 (0.45) y Zona 3 (0.35); 02 periodos de vibración de sistemas estructurales: Pórticos y Muros de concreto armado; 01 tipo de sobrecarga: edificaciones (200 kg/cm2); 03 valores del módulo de corte del caucho: límite inferior, limite intermedio y límite superior; y, 20 edificaciones de concreto armado con diferentes niveles: desde 01 hasta 20 niveles. Conclusión: Los aisladores elastoméricos influyen en la reducción de la aceleración sísmica en la base de edificaciones de concreto armado sometidos a registros sísmicos peruanos, debido a que los aisladores elastoméricos con núcleo de plomo, de alto amortiguamiento y de caucho natural reducen la aceleración sísmica.O trabalho busca determinar como a eficiência de isoladores elastoméricos influencia na redução da aceleração sísmica na base de edifícios de concreto armado submetidos a registros sísmicos peruanos. Resultados: Foram considerados: 03 isolantes elastoméricos (núcleo de chumbo, alto amortecimento e borracha natural), 03 tipos de solos (solo rígido S1, solo intermediário S2 e solo flexível S3), 02 zonas sísmicas: Zona 4 (0,45) e Zona 3 (0,35); 02 períodos de vibração de sistemas estruturais: pórticos e paredes de concreto armado; 01 tipo de sobrecarga: prédios (200 kg/cm2); 03 valores do módulo de cisalhamento da borracha: limite inferior, limite intermediário e limite superior; e, 20 edifícios de concreto armado com diferentes níveis: de 01 a 20 níveis.
