The uncertainty generated by COVID-19 and its fatal results, given the prevalence of the media, including social networks, has spread fear to all populations, judging by the online reactions and experiences of others towards the pandemic. Another case, which is added to the discussion, was the presence of malicious actors who used these networks to covertly affect unconscious behavior with disinformation (Bastick, 2021).En el presente siglo, la humanidad ha sido testigo de cómo numerosas enfermedades infecciosas amenazaron la sociedad y nuestras propias vidas. Por desgracia, un nuevo virus altamente incontenible ha aparecido, cruzando países y continentes, propagándose rápidamente entre los seres humanos. La incertidumbre que genera la COVID-19 y sus resultados fatales, dada la prevalencia de los medios de comunicación, entre estos, las redes sociales, ha extendido el miedo a todas las poblaciones, a juzgar por las reacciones y experiencias on line de otros hacia la pandemia.
