El objetivo del manuscrito dirigido al Editor describe el daño ambiental latente en la laguna de la Huacachina, Ica-Perú. Se observó el contacto y presión física de la duna sobre las barreras de contención, lo cual podría impedir la recreación de transeúntes en el futuro.
