Questions that try to unravel the changes that are interrelated with coloniality, dominance, racism, the power exercised not only factual but also symbolic and cultural, which continues to recreate the colonialized thought of the social subject, in addition, the decipherment of the epistemic of information to achieve the emancipation and structural independence that Latin America needs. |

Desde mediados del siglo XIX e inicios del XX sucedieron diversas crisis del capital financiero que demostró su inestabilidad y volatibilidad arrastrando a su paso economías siendo las más afectadas las que se encuentran en el sur global o los que históricamente se han encontrado bajo el control/dominio del poder y el capital hegemónico colonial. Aníbal Quijano visibilizó estos cambios los cuales se interrelacionan con el racismo, la dependencia al poder simbólico y cultural, que continúa recreando el pensamiento del sujeto social colonizado, además, de descifrar el mensaje epistémico para concretar la emancipación y la independencia estructural que necesita Latinoamérica.Nas últimas décadas, o capital global deixou de ser um sistema apoiado pela produção de bens materiais e intercâmbio comercial para se tornar um sistema especulativo sustentado pela financeirização, onde o trust foi transformado em um ativo comerciável e comercializável. Desde meados do século XIX e início do século XX, várias crises de capital financeiro ocorreram, demonstrando sua instabilidade e volatilidade, arrastando para baixo economias, sendo as mais afetadas as do sul global ou as que historicamente estiveram sob o controle/domínio do poder hegemônico colonial e do capital.
