The research work describes and analyzes the teaching-learning strategies used by the teachers of the rural Yaputira - Huancané 2019 school, this reveals the teaching strategies most used by teachers in Aymara secondary schools. The work corresponds to the quantitative approach, being its descriptive transectional design. In its development, a survey was applied to all students, in which they reported, regarding the recurrent teaching strategies by the teacher. The statistic used was the statistical package SPSS Statistics 25, in which it was determined that 59.4% teachers are located on the scale of almost always using strategies to inquire about knowledge, 43.75% are located on the scale sometimes make use of Of the strategies that promote the organization of information and 46.9% are located on the scale, they sometimes use group strategies. This means that students point out that their teachers rarely use these types of strategies in the teaching-learning process. At the same time, it shows a necessary improvement in initial teacher training, on the other hand, weak assistance in the processes of monitoring and accompaniment of the intermediate decentralized management bodies of the Ministry of Education. |

El trabajo estriba en el marco de un enfoque positivista, siendo su diseño transeccional descriptivo. En su desarrollo se aplicó una encuesta dirigida a todos los estudiantes, en la que dieron cuenta, respecto de las estrategias de enseñanza recurrentes por el docente. La estadística utilizada fue el paquete estadístico SPSS Statistics 25, a través del cual se determinó que los docentes en un 59.4% se ubica en la escala de casi siempre usan estrategias para indagar el conocimiento, un 43.75% se ubican en la escala algunas veces hacen uso de las estrategias que promueven la organización de la información y un 46.9% se ubica en la escala algunas veces usan estrategias grupales. Esto significa que, los estudiantes señalan que sus profesores pocas veces utilizan estos tipos de estrategias en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Al mismo tiempo, evidencia una necesaria mejora en formación inicial docente, de otro lado, una asistencia débil en los procesos de monitoreo y acompañamiento de los órganos intermedios de gestión descentralizada del Ministerio de Educación.O trabalho descreve e analisa as estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem utilizadas pelos professores da escola rural Artesanal Yaputira - Huancané 2019, que revela as práticas de ensino mais utilizadas pelos professores das escolas secundárias aymaras. O trabalho é baseado em uma abordagem positivista, com um projeto transversal descritivo. Em seu desenvolvimento, uma pesquisa foi aplicada a todos os alunos, na qual eles deram um relato das estratégias de ensino utilizadas pelo professor. O pacote estatístico SPSS Statistics 25 foi utilizado, através do qual foi determinado que 59,4% dos professores estavam na escala de quase sempre usar estratégias para investigar o conhecimento, 43,75% estavam na escala de às vezes fazer uso de estratégias que promovem a organização da informação e 46,9% estavam na escala de às vezes usar estratégias de grupo. Isto significa que os estudantes indicam que seus professores raramente utilizam estes tipos de estratégias no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
