Results: Regarding the age of the participants, the minimum was 25 years, the maximum was 53 years and the average was 38.57 years. Regarding gender, 66.7% (n=24) were women and 33.3% (n=12) were men. Regarding anxiety due to coronavirus in nurses, those with dysfunctional anxiety predominated with 61.1% (n=22) and followed by those without dysfunctional anxiety with 38.9% (n=14). According to their items, in dizziness, those who have for more than 7 days prevailed with 44.4% (n=16), in sleep disorder those who have several days prevailed with 44.4% (n=16), in loss of appetite those who have several days prevailed with 47.2% (n=17) and finally in abdominal discomfort those who have several days prevailed with 44.4% (n=16). Conclusions: Regarding coronavirus anxiety in the nursing staff, those with dysfunctional anxiety and those without dysfunctional anxiety predominatedObjetivo: El estudio tuvo por objetivo, determinar la ansiedad por coronavirus en enfermeros que laboran en una Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos en Lima, 2021. Materiales y métodos: La presente investigación tuvo como enfoque cuantitativo y su diseño metodológico fue descriptivo y transversal. La población estuvo compuesta por 36 enfermeros que laboran en una unidad de cuidados intensivos. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento aplicado fue la escala ansiedad por coronavirus (CAS). Resultados: En cuanto a la edad de los participantes el mínimo fue 25 años, el máximo fue 53 años y la media fue 38,57 años. En cuanto al sexo, el 66,7% (n=24) son mujeres y el 33,3% (n=12) son varones. En cuanto a la ansiedad por coronavirus en enfermeros, predominaron aquellos con ansiedad disfuncional con 61,1% (n=22) y seguido de aquellos sin ansiedad disfuncional con 38,9% (n=14). Según sus ítems, en mareos, prevalecieron aquellos que tienen por más de 7 días con 44,4% (n=16), en trastorno del sueño predominaron aquellos que presentan varios días con 44,4% (n=16), en pérdida de apetito prevalecieron aquellos que tienen varios días con 47,2% (n=17) y finalmente en malestar abdominal prevalecieron aquellos que tienen varios días con 44,4% (n=16).
