Therefore, we will seek to find out if the regulation in our national legislation is appropriate, or if some modifications should be projected that would allow our country to compete on equal terms with other countries in the world.El presente artículo tiene por finalidad conocer la regulación de la multipropiedad en los principales ordenamientos jurídicos de América Latina que lideran el negocio turístico-vacacional, con el objetivo de comparar la naturaleza jurídica que posee esta institución en cada legislación; es decir, analizar si fue reconocida como un derecho real o un derecho personal. De esta manera, buscaremos encontrar si la regulación en nuestra legislación nacional es la apropiada, o si se deben proyectar algunas modificaciones que permitan a nuestro país competir en igualdad de condiciones con los demás países del mundo.Universidad de Lima.
