Bearing this in mind and in the framework of the second law of thermodynamics, a theoretical proposal (proto-scientific hypothesis) is developed to determine “the degradation of energy in the hierarchical levels of any organization.”Este opúsculo, al resaltar la importancia de la interdisciplinarie­dad, se apoya en la termodinámica a fin de destacar la similitud conductual entre la estructura disipativa de Prigogine y la gerencia en la estructura organizativa de toda organización.
