In any case, it is necessary to propose research instruments that allow diagnosing and evaluating the sociocultural and psychosocial effects of the possible incorporations in order to sustain policies and strategies according to our needs.Sabemos que las exigencias de las sociedades post industriales fueron la presión para que se produjera el cambio tecnológico; pero no sabemos cuáles serán las consecuencias de la incorporación de estas innovaciones a sociedades pre-industriales o en vías de desarrollo. En todo caso, hace falta plantear instrumentos de investigación que permitan diagnosticar y evaluar los efectos socioculturales y psicosociales de las posibles incorporaciones con el fin de sustentar políticas y estrategias acorde a nuestras necesidades.Universidad de Lima.
