It seeks to establish whether, in the classification of the various manifestations of action which violate or endanger the "freedom of work", the Peruvian legislator has complied with an adequate criminalization process, which prevents us from the possibility of defects in the typical adaptation or that generates concurrence areas that make criminal prosecution difficult.Nuestro trabajo refiere a la necesidad de establecer si en el Perú existe una adecuada política penal que asegure suficientemente la protección del derecho de asociación y libertad de trabajo en condiciones de igualdad, justicia y equidad. Busca establecer si en la tipificación de las diversas manifestaciones de acción, que vulneran o ponen en riesgo la “libertad de trabajo”, el legislador peruano ha cumplido con un adecuado proceso de criminalización, que nos prevenga de la posibilidad de defectos en la adecuación típica o genere ámbitos de concursos que dificulten la imputación penal.Universidad de Lima.
