Based on the search criteria, three articles were selected for analysis; these were, above all, randomized clinical trials of a quantitative nature, originating in Sweden and investigating the implementation of CBT in internet-based interventions, from the offer of booklets psychoeducational, recordedEl objetivo de este estudio fue realizar una revisión integrativa de la literatura sobre las contribuciones de la TCC al tratamiento de los síntomas de ansiedad en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID-19. Para ello, se realizó una revisión integrativa de la literatura en las bases de datos PubMed, Scopus y Web of Science utilizando los descriptores “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”, “Anxiety” y “COVID-19”, con los siguientes filtros: artículos en inglés que fuesen investigaciones empíricas publicadas entre 2019 y 2021. A partir de los critérios de búsqueda, se selecionaron para el análisis tres artículos que presentaban ensayos clínicos aleatorizados de corte cuantitativo, provenientes de Suecia y que investigaban la implementación de la TCC en las intervenciones basadas en internet a partir de la oferta de tutoriales psicoeducativos, vídeos o tareas.O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre as contribuições da Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental (TCC) no tratamento de sintomas ansiosos no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19. Nesse intuito, foi realizada uma revisão integrativa de literatura nas bases de dados PubMed, Scopus e Web of Science, utilizando os descritores “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”, “Anxiety” e “COVID-19”, com os principais filtros: artigos em inglês, que fossem pesquisas empíricas publicadas entre 2019 e 2021.
