The entrance of linguistic pragmatics as an instrument of analysis can move forward in this direction. From this point of view, a discourse or a cultural manifestation will not be political only because it "talks about politics" (semantic criterion), but because it performs certain types of transforming acts of intersubjective relations (syntactic and / or pragmatic criterion): it gives a place to "authorized" subjects (with "right to speak"), establishes "duties", builds "expectations", generates "trust".Uno de los problemas teóricos más importantes del estudio de las culturas políticas es lograr salir de la circularidad que supone definir como político a un discurso o manifestación cultural porque hable de política o sea enunciado por un político. El ingreso de la pragmática lingüística como instrumento de análisis puede hacer avanzar en esta dirección. Desde esta óptica un discurso o una manifestación cultural no será política sólo porque "hable de política" (criterio semántico), sino porque realiza ciertos tipos de actos transformadores de las relaciones intersubjetivas (criterio sintáctico y/o pragmático): otorga un lugar a los sujetos "autorizados" (con "derecho a la palabra"), instaura "deberes", construye las "esperas", genera la "confianza".Universidad de Lima.
