This qualitative research seeks to find the knowledge about ethical leadership, its associated values and the identification of current society that undergraduate students of Le Cordon Bleu university have. For that purpose, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied through Google Forms platform and the analysis of the answers of a population of 45 students from five careers and five different cycles were made, being intentionally selected, with an average age of 24 years, being 19 men and 26 women. The research revealed the assessment that students have about food security and the need to take action to contribute to the reduction of hunger and poverty and the improvement of nutrition and the well-being of society.El presente trabajo destaca la importancia de promover el desarrollo y la formación del liderazgo ético en los estudiantes universitarios para contribuir a enfrentar favorablemente los desafíos que actualmente preocupan a los países y que se constituyen como los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Esta investigación cualitativa busca conocer el conocimiento sobre el liderazgo ético, sus valores asociados y la identificación de la sociedad actual que tienen los alumnos de pregrado de la universidad Le Cordon Bleu. Para ello se aplicó un cuestionario semiestructurado a través de la plataforma Google Forms y se hizo el análisis de las respuestas de una población de 45 alumnos de cinco carreras y de cinco ciclos distintos, seleccionados de manera intencional, con una edad promedio de 24 años, siendo 19 hombres y 26 mujeres.
