The results support that there is a significant positive effect between work incentives and affective commitment (R2 = 0.447**). In addition, economic incentives have a significant effect on affective commitment (B = 0.324; p < 0.000) and non-economic incentives have a significant effect on affective commitment (B = 0.437; p < 0.001). Conclusions. The study found that work incentives and their dimensions have a significant effect on affective commitment of financial staff of municipal savings banks |

Además, los incentivos económicos tienen un efecto significativo en el compromiso afectivo (B =0,324; p < 0,000) y los incentivos no económicos tienen un efecto significativo en el compromiso afectivo (B=0,437; p < 0,001). Conclusiones. El estudio encontró que los incentivos laborales y sus dimensiones tienen un efecto significativo en el compromiso afectivo del personal financiero de las cajas municipales.Objetivo. Os resultados sustentam que existe um efeito positivo significativo entre incentivos ao trabalho e compromisso afetivo (R2 = 0,447**). Além disso, os incentivos econômicos têm um efeito significativo sobre o compromisso afetivo (B = 0,324; p < 0,000) e os incentivos não econômicos têm um efeito significativo sobre o compromisso afetivo (B = 0,437; p < 0,001). Conclusões.
