The covid- 19 arrived in an untimely manner and forced to make resounding changes in the way the teaching-learning process has been developing. Unesco (2020) reports that the pandemic has affected "1.6 billion students in more than 190 countries on all continents. School and other educational closures have affected 94% of students worldwide, a figure that rises to 99% in low- and lower-middle-income countries." En los últimos tiempos, un acontecimiento sin precedentes en la historia contemporánea ha trastocado los sistemas sociales, dejando al descubierto las vulnerabilidades en nuestro sistema educativo, principalmente en las zonas económicamente desfavorecidas. El covid- 19 llegó de manera intempestiva y obligó a dar cambios rotundos en la forma como se ha venido desarrollando el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La Unesco (2020) reporta que la pandemia ha afectado a “1.600 millones de alumnos en más de 190 países en todos los continentes. Los cierres de escuelas y otros centros de enseñanza han afectado al 94 % de los estudiantes de todo el mundo, una cifra que asciende al 99 % en países de ingreso bajo y mediano bajo”Em tempos recentes, um evento sem precedentes na história contemporânea perturbou os sistemas sociais, expondo vulnerabilidades em nosso sistema educacional, principalmente em áreas economicamente desfavorecidas. O Covid-19 veio em uma hora inoportuna, forçando mudanças radicais na forma como o processo de ensino-aprendizagem tem se desenvolvido. A Unesco (2020) informa que a pandemia afetou "1,6 bilhões de estudantes em mais de 190 países em todos os continentes".
