Sumario:Internet innovations are not only revolutionizing the way we consume media, and setting the communication market, but are also generating a series of legal disputes about the rights which belong exclusively to publishers and those who have be shared by the mere fact of being on the network. In this article we intend to analyze 1) What is happening in the News 2.0. 2) The latest claims in the press about "rss" and aggregators, the international situation of the right of appointment or press reviews and 3) the rights of publishers and authors in the IPAD or other platforms.
