The paper suggests that a character is good as long as it serves the world of fiction in which it is, whereas the world of fiction is good - in the sense of complete - insofar as it is able to "do justice" to the part of human life it represents.Este artículo reflexiona sobre la noción de bondad y su contrario, referida a los personajes de un mundo de ficción. El estudio se hace desde una perspectiva humanista y tiene en cuenta la propuesta poética de Juan José García-Noblejas (1982) y Paul Ricoeur (1987). Se propone que un personaje es bueno en la medida en que sirve al mundo de ficción en el que está, mientras que el mundo de ficción lo es en tanto que es capaz de "hacer justicia" a la vida humana que representa.Universidad de Piura.
