Classroom management and academic effectiveness: bibliometric review based on the Scopus databaseGestión del aula y eficacia académica: revisión bibliométrica a partir de la base de datos ScopusMercado Hermenegildo, ArturoGestiónbase de datosbibliometría eficaciaManagementdatabasebibliometrics effectivenessThe purpose of this research was to carry out an exhaustive bibliometric review of classroom management related to academic effectiveness, in the Scopus database, for this purpose it was based on a multidisciplinary international bibliographic exploration on the topic in question, the search strategy had the following criteria: Initial search based on the variables “classroom management” and “academic effectiveness” linked with the Boolean operator AND, obtaining 262 results, then the search was limited to the time range from 2011 to 2021, obtaining with This resulted in 156 matches, then it was limited to only scientific articles, that is, conferences, newspapers, etc. were excluded, obtaining 102 articles, then a new filter of only open access documents was applied, which obtained a result final of 36 articles, which were exported to Bibliometrix statistical software, the results provided a broad understanding of the current state of the subject of study, focused on high-quality scientific production and its distribution over 10 years, as well as the evaluation from the most notable authors, sources and countries, which provided a valuable starting point for future researchers, thus contributing to the progress of scientific knowledge regarding classroom management related to academic effectiveness.La presente investigación tuvo como propósito realizar una exhaustiva revisión bibliométrica de la gestión del aula relacionada a la eficacia académica, en la base de datos Scopus, para tal fin se partió de una exploración bibliográfica internacional multidisciplinaria sobre el tema en mención, la estrategia de búsqueda tuvo los siguientes criterios: Búsqueda inicial en base de las variables “classroom management” y “academic effectiveness” vinculados con el operador booleano AND, obteniendo con ello 262 resultados, luego se delimitó la búsqueda al rango de tiempo del 2011 al 2021, obteniendo con ello 156 coincidencias, acto seguido se delimitó a solo artículos científicos, es decir se excluyeron conferencias, periódicos, etc., obteniendo con ello 102 artículos, luego se aplicó un nuevo filtro de solo documentos de acceso abierto, con lo que se obtuvo un resultado final de 36 artículos, los cuales fueron exportados a software estadístico Bibliometrix, los resultados brindaron una comprensión amplia del estado actual de la temática de estudio, focalizado es producción científica de alta calidad y su distribución a lo largo de 10 años, así como la evaluación de autores, fuentes y países más resaltantes, lo que proporciono un punto inicial valioso para los futuros investigadores, contribuyendo así al progreso del conocimiento científico en lo que respecta a la gestión del aula relacionada a la eficacia académica.
