Also, some of the resilient factors mentioned by Saavedra (2005), developed in practice are identity, autonomy, satisfaction, pragmatism, links, networks, models, self-efficacy, learning and generativity.El presente artículo brinda una visión general sobre los factores de la resiliencia en las personas que formaron parte de la guerra de las Malvinas, indicando que los elementos que favorecen a la comunidad resiliente fueron la autoestima colectiva, la identidad cultural, el humor social, la espiritualidad; así como dentro de los negativos tenemos a la gestión gubernamental, el fatalismo y la Impunidad.
