The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between educational management and the quality of services offered in a public technological institution. From the methodological point of view, the research assumes a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach, with a non-experimental design. The study group was represented by 100 subjects. The results show a correlation level of r= 0.805, which indicates that the level of educational management corresponds to the quality offered in technical education. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables corresponding to the Institute of Higher Technical Education.Los cambios socioeconómicos que se están produciendo requieren una excelente gestión educativa y creación de mejores condiciones en la enseñanza de la educación técnica superior. El propósito del estudio es determinar la relación existente entre la gestión educativa y la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos en una institución tecnológica pública. Desde el plano metodológico, la investigación asume un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal, con diseño no experimental. El grupo de estudio estuvo representado por 100 sujetos. Los resultados se observa un nivel de correlación de r= 0.805, esto señala que el nivel que existe en la gestión educativa corresponde a la calidad ofrecida en la educación técnica.
