However, due to the type of structure, especially in the Andean zone, and the contradictory nature of that domain, the development of capitalism is going to be very slow and painful, as can be deduced from the exposition in the following sections.En este trabajo abordo el estudio de los movimientos campesinos en Puno en el período de 1950 a 1969; es decir cuando el dominio externo adopta nuevas formas de explotación, se reordena la hegemonía de las fracciones del "bloque dominante", y particularmente en el sur del Perú, se inicia el desarrollo industrial-minero como nuevo eje que va a dinamizar el desarrollo del mercado interior.
