Based on Christological references taken from interviews, prayers and myths collected by anthropologists in the Andean and Amazonian areas, I have developed an interpretive model. This model can serve as a background for the study of emerging varieties of indigenous Christianity.Si bien es cierto que no hay solamente una visión indígena de Cristo, este ensayo sostiene que es posible discernir rasgos de una cristología característicamente indígena en medio de la pluralidad existente. En base a referencias cristológicas tomadas de entrevistas, plegarias y mitos coleccionados por antropólogos en las áreas andina y amazónica he desarrollado un modelo interpretativo.
