Not because I disagree with their conclusions, but because the privilege of a joint reading inspires more global ideas about the long-term relationship between the peasants, their intermediaries, and the state. The messages of the articles gathered here can be synthesized in four large blocks: 1. the existence of two truths: one state, one local; 2. the complexity and heterogeneity of the historical results of multiple forms of interaction between norms and interests; 3. the multiplicity of faces of the intermediaries between both realities and 4. the persistence throughout many centuries of underground and open conflicts.Lo que resulta de una lectura conjunta de los artículos incluidos en este volumen no necesariamente coincide con lo que concluyan individualmente cada uno de ellos. No porque tenga discrepancias con sus conclusiones, sino porque el privilegio de una lectura conjunta inspira ideas más globales sobre la relación de largo aliento entre los campesinos, sus intermediarios y el estado. Los mensajes de los artículos aquí reunidos pueden sintetizarse en cuatro grandes bloque: 1. la existencia de dos verdades: una estatal, una local; 2. la complejidad y heterogeneidad de los resultados históricos de múltiples formas de interacción entre normas e intereses; 3. la multiplicidad de caras de los intermediarios entre ambas realidades y 4.
