This day, according to popular advice, the Good Plowman spoke, saying "Not today, tomorrow yes"; a black woman, for having washed a handkerchief, was condemned. On May 26, the peasants concretize to watch over the cattle, in the midst of large toasts of brandy and aqha (chicha), a traditional drink. During the night of the evening, they make the t'inkasqa and the ch'allasqa, sprinkling the cattle with chicha, aguardiente and beer, according to the economic possibilities of the owner.La fiesta se llama T'inka del Ganado. Se celebra en la ciudad de Sicuani, es muy popular y la fecha, en el calendario cristiano, coincide con la fiesta de la Sma. Trinidad. Este día, según la conseja popular habló el Buen arador, diciendo "Hoy no, mañana sí"; una negra, por haber lavado un pañuelo, se condenó. El día 26 de Mayo, los campesinos se concretan a velar el ganado, en medio de nutridos brindis de aguardiente y de aqha (chicha), tradicional bebida.
