Para este efecto procederemos primero a presentar la etnografía correspondiente y luego analizaremos los símbolos y la ceremonia ritual, utlizando como sinónims los siguientes términos: "mesa", "pago", "ofrenda", "despacho", "alcansu", y "pagapu".
