It was these authorities who two centuries ago ratified that the origins of pisco are in Peru. The results of this research in historical documents also show the vitality of our this product, which dates back to the beginning of the 17th century.Sobre la base de documentos primarios de la historia del Perú se presenta la biografía del pisco entre 1819 y 1826, periodo que contempla los años previos y posteriores a la proclamación de la independencia nacional. En estos documentos están registrados los actos de gestión de los primeros gobernantes y funcionarios públicos de la naciente república, patriotas de procedencia argentina, chilena, colombiana y peruana. Fueron estas autoridades quienes hace dos siglos ratificaron la peruanidad del pisco.
