This article presents a documentary and descriptive review through an analysis of information from primary and secondary sources on the variables that affect compliance with luxury standards in terms of quality of service in hotels for international locks located in the city of Bogotá. , Colombia. The purpose of which was to analyze its impact on the operations of these organizations that provide luxury services in the country. It serves as a reference to consult on critical points, collecting experiences and knowledge contributing to the hotel sector in different parts of the world.El lujo en la hotelería está presente prácticamente desde sus inicios, queda en evidencia en sus diferentes bienes y servicios, sin embargo, a través del tiempo ha evolucionado y se ha hecho más demandante, lo que ha requerido de  innovación y creatividad para atender los deseos de los clientes. El presente artículo es una revisión documental y descriptiva a través de un análisis de información desde fuentes primarias y secundarias sobre las variables que afectan el cumplimiento de estándares de lujo en términos de calidad de servicio en hoteles pertenecientes a cadenas internacionales ubicados en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia. Cuyo fin fue analizar su impacto en las operaciones de estas organizaciones que prestan servicio de lujo en el país.
