The benign (papillomas and ductal ectasia) was largely responsible for the abnormal nipple discharge.Se estudia 200 pacientes afectas de telorrea, analizándose los resultados obtenidos con diferentes métodos y técnicas de diagnóstico en patología mamaria: mamografía, teletermografía, termografía en placa, citología y estudio anatomopatológico. Se resaltó el valor de la galactografía en el estudio de la patología ductal. Desde un punto de vista etiológico, la yatrogenia ocupó un lugar importante.
