In the treatment of clomiphene, bromocriptine or 17 hydroxyprogesterone caproate, yielding 9 pregnancies (31%).Se revisaron 29 casos de insuficiencia lútea de 634 pacientes infértiles del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza lo que corresponde a una incidencia de 4.5%. El diagnóstico fué realizado por los hallazgos de la biópsia endometrial, en el 68% de los casos se encontró asociado a otros factores de infertilidad.
