The treatment of the four patients was the creation of the neo-vagina simple reconstruction method with good results.Se ha estudiado cuatro casos de Agenesia de Vagina, con edades entre los 15 y 20 años; todas tenían talla normal y adecuado desarrollo mamario; en 3 de ellas la cromatina sexual fue 32, 18 y 12% y la determinación de 17-cetoesteroides fue normal, el pregnandiol se halló en cifras de fase proliferativo, aunque en uno de los casos se apreció curva de temperatura basal que indicaba ovulación; en las radiografías se veían imágenes que parecían corresponder a gonadas.
