We think that these injuries could represent what the epithelial dysplasia in the cervix. However, the low incidence with which they are presented can not be concluded by the mmento on its evolution and prognosis.Se presenta un caso de pólipos pseudosarcomatosos recidivantes de mucosa uterina endometrial y cervical en una mujer postmenopáusica. Se les diferencia de las lesiones tipo sarcoma botrioides o rabdomiosarcoma por la ausencia de estriación transversal y de rabdomioblastos y la falta de "cambium subpitelial" y de infiltración del epitelio de cubierta por células neoplásicas. Pensamos que este tipo de lesiones podría representar lo que las displasias epiteliales en el cuello uterino.
