The perinatal mortality was not excluded.Se realiza por primera vez un estudio comparativo del Recién Nacido de madres que han sido sometidas al cerclaje del cuello uterino por incompetencia istmico-cervical. Se tomaron 50 historias clínicas del recién Nacido post cerclaje mayores de partos eutócicos, que nos sirven de grupo control. Exceptuamos recién nacidos de partos múltiples, malformaciones evidentes y el desconicimiento del último período menstrual.
