We consider it important to present a case the only place in the Maternity of Lima, exceptional case came to the Hospital for 33 weeks with a live fetus.El embarazo ectópico abdominal es una complicación rara; así algunos autores encuentran uno por 30,000, otros 1 por 8,000; en nuestro medio 1 por 60,000. Es obligación de tenerlo presente en nuestra especialidad, ya que es una entidad que puede presentarse en toda mujer en edad reproductiva, que tenga síntomas de probabilidad de embarazo con dolor abdominal y sangrado genital.
