The most common symptoms were latumoración consultation and breast pain. The period of life most affected is between 30 and 50 years old.Se presenta la experiencia durante los tres primeros años, en lo referente a patología mamaria en el Servicio de Oncología Ginecológica del Hospital Central N° 2 del Seguro Social del Perú 854 de un total de 2,785 casos presentaron algún tipo de mastopatía, destacando en orden decreciente de frecuencia; la displasia dolorosa, el fibroadenoma, la displasia fibroquística, etc., el cáncer mamario ocupó el sexto lugar. La sintomatología más frecuente de consulta fueron latumoración y el dolor mamarios.
