In parallel we have had the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant experience: that even with structural constraints, poor implementation and facing the same type of patients with low economic level, it is feasible, and would say that reducing mortality quite significantly.En los últimos 30 años, hemos sido testigos de excepción de innumerables simposios, paneles, mesas redondas, foros, etc. etc. llevados a cabo, para discutir, el cómo disminuir la mortalidad Materna y perinatal en nuestro País, cifras no acordes con el avance del conocimiento médico.
