By this method, whose simplicity is remarked, the diagnosis of localization and size of small and medium uterine tumors was made in 38 cases of a total of 60 women with negative gynecological examination. The early detection of these uterine tumors will permit elective treatment, particularly important in cases of infertility. In this serie did not ocurred any type of accident to lament, a fact wich remarks this is an innocuos test of ambulatory type.La flebografía pélvica transuterina descrito por Topolanski y Sierra es un procedimiento radiológico utilizado por los autores para el diagnóstico de las pequeñas y medianas tumores uterinos en mujeres con un examen ginecológico negativo y sintomatología de dolor hipogástrico, dysmenorrea y metrorragies. Mediante este método, cuya simplicidad se comentó, el diagnóstico de la localización y el tamaño de los tumores uterinos pequeñas y medianas se hizo en 38 casos de un total de 60 mujeres con examen ginecológico negativo. La detección precoz de estos tumores uterinos permitirá el tratamiento de elección, especialmente importante en los casos de infertilidad.
