We describe the clinical, ultrasound and histologic characteristics.Se reporta un caso de quiste hidatídico ovárico, de rara presentación, sin evidencia de enfermedad hidatídica en el resto del cuerpo. Se trató de una mujer de 29 años con antecedente de un parto y un aborto que ingresó al servicio de Ginecología con el diagnóstico de tumor anexial derecho, quiste unilocular que fue extirpado por laparotomía, con diagnóstico de quiste hidatídico de ovario al examen histopatológico.
