Being a disease of low incidence, it is rarer still, I find it associated with pregnancy. In the San Bartolome Hospital, he was monitored and attended two myasthenic mothers in 1984 and 1985 respectively, one primigravida with a history of thymectomy and second multiparous without surgical history. Phases of exacerbation of the disease, which were controlled, achieving both pregnancies culminate in optimal conditions was found.La miastenia gravis (MG) es considerada una alteración autoinmune neuromuscular, que se manifiesta clínicamente por debilidad y fácil fatigabilidad de la musculatura esquelética, predominantemente de la cara y los extremidades, y por la presencia de anticuerpos antiproteina receptora de acetilcolina. Siendo una enfermedad de baja incidencia, es más raro, aún, encontrarlo asociada a gestación. En el Hospital San Bartolomé, se controló y atendió a 2 madres miasténicas en 1984 y 1985 respectivamente, una de ellas primigesta con antecedente de timectomía y la segunda multípara sin antecedentes quirúrgicos.
