The pathology Iáminas surgery performed 15 years earlier was revised, confirming that corresponded to the same entity.Presentamos el caso de una paciente sometida hace 15 años a extirpación de tumor de ovario derecho en otra institución, admitida en el Servicio de Ginecología por una tumoración al parecer dependiente de la esfera ginecológica. La laparatomía exploradora evidenció una tumoración en la superficie vesical y otra retroperitoneal adherida a la vena cava. El estudio anatomopatológico informó que ambas eran metástasis de TCS-TA de ovario.
