Female pelvis, despite being an accessible region or the physical and specialized exploration, can at times be limited and insufficient to require a diagnosis, these problems can be: obesity naive patients, fixation of pelvic organs, etc. These circumstances can lead to a difference of opinion and diagnostic difficulty, this situation can be solved by means of radiology currently is a valuable specialty as diagnostic aid in our submission the Pneumo gynecography in gynecological surgery in particular. Therefore we wish to make our experience and case with regard to the neumoginecografía practiced as a measure of gynecological diagnosis and the results obtained during surgery. This work has been performed in patients Hall 5 room 1ra. A. Loayza Hospital and private practice patients, patients in whom the respective Pneumo gynecography followed by laparotomy, as complement diagnostic and surgical treatment was performed.
