This procedure was performed in fifty patients, vaginal hysterectomy running throughout.La cirugía previa en la zona pélvica es una contraindicación relativa, para la histerectomía vaginal, los autores describen un procedimiento como recurso intraoperatorio que contribuye a disipar las dudas para la ejecución del acto quirúrgico, ofreciendo seguridad al cirujano, resguardando la integridad física de la paciente.
