In the first case, it was found lesions of esophagus, stomach and duodenum; and, in the second case, besides similar lesions in the entire length of the colon were found plus neurocriptococcocis and strongyloidiasis. After treatment, both patients had an adequate evolution.Se presenta el caso de dos paciente varones, de 74 años heterosexual y 29 años homosexual, ambos portadores del virus de inmunodeficiencia adquirida (VIH) en estadio C3, con sarcoma de Kaposi de piel, cavidad oral y compromiso extenso del tubo digestivo. En el primer caso se encontró lesiones de esófago, estómago y duodeno; y, en el segundo, hubo además lesiones similares en toda la extensión del colon más neurocriptocococis y estrongiloidiasis.
